Please select two items from each course to design your own menu. Meals selected will be served alternatively on the day.

Entrees

  • Chicken & sweet corn soup
  • Tasty asparagus with chopped chicken soup
  • Traditional French onion soup served with cheese croutons
  • Pumpkin soup served with  cream & chives
  • Pea & ham soup served with croutons
  • Grilled marinated lamb kebabs with homemade chutney served with rice
  • Pan seared fresh prawns & scallops served on rice napped in hollandaise sauce
  • Caesar salad – Cos lettuce accompanied with bacon, parmesan, croutons poached egg and our classic caesar dressing
  • Whiting fillets served with lemon wedges, tar-tare sauce and a light salad
  • Seafood risotto – a selection of prawns, mussels, calamari and aborio rice served in a tomato concasse topped with shaved parmesan
  • Seafood terrine – a light mousse of assorted sea fish with Atlantic salmon & scallops served with balsamic roma tomato dressing
  • Tortellini with sundried tomatoes, mushroom & prosciutto in a creamy spinach sauce

Mains

  • Peninsula special – braised breast of chicken in a cheese and avocado sauce wrapped in filo pastry and oven baked
  • Roasted sirloin of beef with mustard crust & scalloped potato
  • Rack of lamb topped with  a spinach and bacon crust.
  • Grilled gem fish served on a bed of julienne vegetables and topped with lemon hollandaise and toasted almonds
  • Baked loin of pork with an apple stuffing topped with crackling and served with a rich demi glaze
  • Veal Provencale - succulent veal served with a herb and red wine jus

All mains are served with Seasonal fresh vegetables of the day

Desserts

  • Mississippi mud cake served with a warm chocolate sauce & vanilla Ice cream
  • Fruit salad – a mixture of tropical fruits served with King Island cream
  • Brandy snap basket filled with fresh fruits & King Islad cream
  • Lemon meringue pie bursting with a tangy lemon flavour & king Island cream
  • Individual homemade pavlova topped with fruits of the day & cream
